Katrin Schnippering is an award-winning master cookie baker whose skills have been recognized at the local and national level. Her passion for beautiful food began in Germany, where she was raised in a home known for gourmet cuisine and fabulous parties.  Katrin spent several years in Switzerland as an adult, and further developed her ability to dazzle and delight in the kitchen. She makes her home in Rhode Island, where she works as a food stylist and cookie creator.
